1. How can I contact you?

   Click on the Contact Us link in the Customer Service menu.

2. How do I find a part by thread, diameter and pitch?

   The bulk order facility is for locating parts by thread, diameter and pitch, and optionally the variant type (Straight Flute, for example). When a part is found you are taken straight to the page for adding the part to the shopping cart. If the diameter and pitch you specify is not found, you will be taken to the customer order facility, where you can compose an order for a custom part. When you login there is a button, "Bulk Order", which appears in the middle of the home page. Click this and you will be taken to the bulk order facility.

3. How do I order a custom part?

   If you enter a thread, diameter and pitch that is not recognised, you will be taken to the custom order facility. Here you can "create" your custom part.

4. Is paying by credit/debit card online secure?

   This web store uses a Thawte secure server certificate to encrypt the connection between your Web browser and the Web store. When registering to become a reseller or when paying by credit/debit card, or on account, you will see the Thawte logo. This indicates that you are using a secure connection.
